The Avenue Gallery New Artist - Veronica Stewart

 The Avenue Gallery is not only known for beautiful (and often local) original artwork, but jewellery as well. Avenue is home to a number of talented silversmiths, glass artists and beaders who use their talents to create exquisite wearable art.

The most recent addition to The Avenue Gallery jewelers is Veronica Stewart. Stewart uses the art of crocheting and knitting to weave pearls, shells and semi precious stones into pendants, collars, cuffs and rings.

Below is a sample of her work. The cuff and the collar (first two images) are inspired by the landscape of a garden.
